Shipping & Handling

• Order Processing:

Please allow up to 2 working days to prepare all orders placed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or any gazetted holidays will be sent for processing on the next working day. During rush hours or delays in verification of information, orders may face temporary delays.

• Order Confirmation:

All orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next working day. Orders received before this time will be processed on the same day.

• Delivery Time:

Within Karachi: Delivery will take a minimum of 2 working days.
Outside Karachi (within Pakistan): Delivery will take a minimum of 4 working days.
Expected Delivery: Orders are generally delivered within 4-7 working days after the order has been confirmed.

• Address Modifications:

Address changes are not allowed once the order has been placed.

• Delays During Sales or Launches:

Please note that the order delivery/dispatch may get delayed due to a high influx of orders during sales or new collection launches.

• Payment for Cash on Delivery:

Payments will be collected from the shipping address for all Cash on Delivery orders.

• Tracking Information:

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
